Biography

Théo Singh is a young man from São Paulo, Brazil, who started his piano studies at the age of seven.Since then he has been a student of Marisa Rosana Lacorte (Brazil), Leonel Morales Alonso (Spain), Victor Lim (England) and Rogério Zaghi (Brazil).Since the age of 9, he has been winning national and international awards, such as first place for the best interpreter of Brazilian music in the Souza Lima Piano Competition in São Paulo, at aged 10, and prizes in international piano competitions from the age of 11.Among his international awards, the following stand out: First Prize –London Young Musician, First Place in the Crescendo International Piano Competition in Portugal, which total more than 15 international awards in a short period of time.Such awards earned him short and long-term scholarships at international institutions likeForum Musikae in Madrid, Hotchkiss School in the United States and in 2021 and 2022, he was awarded a scholarship to the Steinway & Sons Piano Academy at Rossall School in England, where he studied until 2022.During his study periods outside Brazil, he performed in Granada and Madrid in Spain at the age of 11 and at the ages of 13 and 14 he performed numerous times in England.He is a young man who, from an early age, has demonstrated high musical abilities and extraordinary motivation to study and deepenhis knowledge in the classical musicuniverse.At the age of 15, Théo returns to Brazil, maintaining a daily routine that involves studying, perfecting himself and polishing his musical repertoire for new performances.
